Return / Exchange Policy

Items once purchased are non-refundable.
Exchanges are possible only if stock is available for the same item.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value.

Exchange Procedure

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date, along with the original receipt.

• All exchanges must be done in person at our St Pierre shop only for online sales.

Return Conditions

All returned products must be:

• In their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn)

• In saleable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels still attached

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of your exchange request.
