Return Policy

Items once purchased cannot be refunded. It can only be exchanged dependent on availability of stock of that particular item.

If that particular item is out of stock then it will be exchange for an another product of equal value.

Exchange Procedures:

You must notify us within 24 hours from delivery time and you must return the item for exchange along with the receipt within 1 week from the delivery date.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in saleable condition, still with original packaging and any labels, swing tags etc still attached.

The above conditions are strict and must be followed properly, else we’ll be very sorry your exchange request will be rejected.
